Alliance method ("traditional" Reiki, Usui System of Natural Healing; called "Hayashi" in Japan)
The Usui System of the Reiki Alliance; a form of Reiki training that traces to Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, a retired naval officer who became a student of Mikao Usui. Hayashi theory posits three levels of "Reiki energy."
